Individual Racism

Individual racism: Individual racism refers to the attitudes and actions of individuals that support or perpetuate racism. Individual racism can occur on both a conscious and unconscious level and can be both active and passive. For white people, it can take the form of internalised privilege, entitlement and superiority; for people of colour, it can take the form of internalised oppression.
