The talk provides an accessible introduction to the concept of Neurodiversity and explores how Neurodivergence can shape both everyday experiences and professional life.
The speaker will take a look at how Neurodivergent brains may process information differently – especially regarding sensory perception and hypersensitivity, organization and structuring of thought processes, motivation as well as stress responses and their physical impact.
Finally, the talk highlights practical implications, including strategies for Neurodivergent people but also ways in which colleagues and working environments can become more inclusive and responsive to Neurodivergent individuals.
The session will conclude with dedicated time for questions and discussion. Everyone who is interested in the topic is warmheartedly invited to join.
