Ziel- und Leistungsvereinbarungen (Target and Performance Agreements)

Since 2012, the Rectorate and the Faculties have concluded Target and Performance Agreements in the area of "gender ". They cover the following fields of action:

  •     Relief of the Equal Opportunities Officers of the Faculties regarding professors appointment procedures for the sufficient excercise of their office
  •     Fulfilment of staffing quotas on the basis of the cascade model
  •     Training of gender sensitivity commissioners in professors appointment procedures
  •     Integration of gender studies in research and teaching

The aim is to improve the representation of women at all qualification levels on the basis of the cascade model.
