Central office for protection against discrimination and abuse of power

The Central office for protection against discrimination and abuse of power contributes to the further development of a safe and inclusive working and study environment. One of its most important tasks is the coordination and development of counseling and support services at the university. In doing so, the Central Office works closely with various stakeholders. It also organizes information events, workshops and other activities to raise awareness of these issues.

Counseling

The Central Office serves as a first point of contact for students and employees with questions relating to discrimination and abuse of power. It offers referral advice to the appropriate contact and complaints offices at the university as well as support by mediating and supporting formal complaints.

Furthermore, the Central Office advises those leaders in all areas of the university on how to deal with requests for advice and complaints.

This service is free of charge and is provided in a confidential setting. All incoming emails are treated discreetly and personal appointments can be arranged on request.
