Gender & Diversity Consulting: Equal opportunities in Research Networks Funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG)

DFG-funded research associations (SFB/CRC, FOR/RU), graduate schools and programmes as well as excellence clusters at the University of Cologne receive gender funds from the German Research Foundation (DFG), which can be used, among other things, for services in the areas of training (Female Career Center), coaching (Faculty and Academic Staff Development) and childcare (Dual Career & Family Support).

We will assist you during the application process, the appraisal process and throughout the duration of your research.

  • Development of specific goals and measures for career advancement and work-life balance within the association
