Guidelines, contact points & measures
As part of the Audit "Vielfalt gestalten" (Shaping Diversity) of the Stifterverband (2017-2018), the UoChas developed its "Equal Opportunities Strategy" in a university-wide process. The principles guiding the strategy's development were the principle of participation, the goal of empowerment, an intersectional perspective, and ensuring sustainability.
Equal opportunities is the conceptual umbrella under which the already well-established pillars of equality and family friendliness are mapped and interlinked with the fields of action inclusion, educational justice, anti-discrimination and anti-racism.
