Anti-racism
Racism at universities encompasses several dimensions. These include everyday racism in the form of micro-aggressions or racist statements, as well as institutional practices and the content of teaching and research. Anti-racism refers to an attitude against racism that takes a look at society or an institution as a whole. The University of Cologne wants to develop a perspective critical to racism in relation to all university areas that contribute to the preservation of structural racism in order to dismantle it.
