The one-year program aims to supervise and empower female scientists during the advanced stages of their careers. The participants of the mentoring program will benefit from the experience of their mentors, who will be chosen carefully in an individual matching process. Through additional training and seminars, participants will gain insight into key aspects such as work-life-balance, career planning, acquisition of project funds, etc.The program facilitates an excellent platform to acquire and broaden participants’ scientific networks. The deadline for applications is October 31, 2017.
